A resident of Zhetysu region has been arrested for illegally distributing intimate materials of a minor girl, reports Polisia.kz. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Police detained a 22-year-old resident of Alakol district. The suspect met the minor through the social network TikTok and later continued communication via one of the messengers.
Having gained the girl's trust, he exerted psychological pressure, threatened, and also promised a monetary reward of 20,000 tenge, after which he obtained intimate photos and videos from her, police said.
Later, the suspect illegally distributed the videos through closed channels in one of the messengers, gaining material profit. The suspect was arrested and placed in a temporary detention facility. Currently, necessary investigative actions are underway.
