Kazakh blogger Madina Mamadalieva, known on social media as Madlen, has reported a theft during her trip to Italy. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
According to her, a Louis Vuitton suitcase disappeared from the train carriage on the way to Venice. The blogger said she was traveling in business class, and the luggage was above her seat. Inside the suitcase were clothes, shoes, and branded bags.
"Friends, I'm going to Venice by train. I've been robbed. They stole my Louis Vuitton suitcase with all my shoes and all my bags inside. I'm traveling in business class. It was right above my head, and I guess I was looking ahead at my phone and didn't notice it," the girl says.
According to Mamadalieva, she discovered the loss on the eve of an event within the Venice Film Festival. The suitcase contained, among other things, items the blogger had prepared for the trip.
"Tomorrow I'm going to amfAR at the Venice Festival, and I had all my clothes there. The suitcase had a lot of Loro Piana items, shoes, and other things. I feel bad," the blogger says.
Mamadalieva estimated the total value of the lost items at approximately $70,000. In conversion, the cost indicated by the blogger is about 31 million tenge.
Earlier, Kazakhs began to defend Madlen from attacks over dancing with a flag in Courchevel.
Theft details
The incident occurred in Italy. The blogger was on a train to Venice. The suitcase was on the rack above her head. While she was looking at her phone, a thief took the suitcase.
