Spain has refused to discuss the sovereignty of the enclaves Ceuta and Melilla with Morocco. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Reuters.

The Spanish government declined to consider Morocco's proposals regarding the enclaves, stating that the issue is not open to discussion. The enclaves are considered an integral part of Spain.

According to Reuters, this stance was expressed in response to Morocco's demands concerning the two enclaves in North Africa. Spain intends to defend its territorial integrity.
