Kazakhstan police have issued a warning to citizens about the spread of advertisements on social networks and messengers that promise high income without work experience or special skills. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

According to law enforcement, offers of "easy money," work from home, or quick cash often conceal illegal activities related to the transportation, storage, and distribution of drugs.

"Drug business is not a way to make easy money, but a path to criminal liability and ruined destinies. Storage or delivery of narcotic substances inevitably entails criminal liability, and the punishment for such acts is severe," the police emphasized.

The department urged citizens to carefully consider job offers and take precautions.

"Never agree to dubious job offers. Warn your friends and relatives about this danger. Choose legal workplaces and reliable sources of income. Do not trust messages from strangers or suspicious offers," the statement said.

The police also recommend contacting law enforcement agencies if in doubt and not risking your future for promises of quick earnings.

"Easy money on the internet can lead to serious consequences, including criminal liability, loss of freedom, and a damaged reputation," law enforcement warned.

Earlier, Kursiv reported that police in the North Kazakhstan region mixed "Avatar," "air fresheners," and prohibited substances in one video.

It was also reported that police revealed new details in the case of former priest Vorontsov.
