Phygital dancing competitions have started in Astana as part of the Future Games. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Representatives of 15 countries entered the competition. Among them is Kazakh athlete Gulnaz Amangali.

Participants are required to repeat dance moves on screen in the game Just Dance. The computer evaluates each dancer's movements.

Amangali lost to her opponent with a score of 1:2. However, she continues to compete.

"Here, the one who scores more points wins. In the first dance, I had a favorite card. And in the third, I think I danced well. All of this is counted by the technology," she said.

According to her, experienced dancers in phygital dancing are participating in the competition. Gulnaz herself started training only a month ago.

It is worth noting that the qualifying round will take place today. The prize fund of the competition is 75 thousand dollars.
