GoldFinMarket pawnshop will allocate 696 million tenge from net profit for the period from 2025 to 2026 to shareholders. This decision was made at the general meeting of shareholders, according to a document published on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

According to the annual report for 2025, no distribution of net income was made in 2023-2024, and dividends of 297.3 million tenge were paid in 2025.

In 2025, GoldFinMarket received 696.6 million tenge in net profit — almost three times more than in 2024, when profit amounted to 232.7 million tenge. Profit before tax increased to 903.7 million tenge, tax expenses amounted to 207.2 million tenge.

Revenue dynamics

Revenue increased by 68.8%, from 2.33 billion to 3.94 billion tenge. The main part was formed by: 3.49 billion tenge in interest on microloans; 442.7 million tenge in fines and penalties; about 8 million tenge — income on deposits and other receipts.

Reasons for profit growth

At the same time, the sharp increase in profit is explained not only by the expansion of lending. The company additionally received 834.3 million tenge for the storage of precious metals. This amount corresponds to approximately 92% of profit before tax, so it was this new source of other operating income that significantly supported the final financial result.

In 2025, GoldFinMarket rapidly expanded its network, assets, and portfolio, and net profit almost tripled. However, a significant part of the result is associated with a one-time new income for the storage of precious metals, while the cost of borrowed financing and debt burden increased significantly.
