Rapper Ganvest claimed he became a dollar millionaire overnight after the 2026 FIFA World Cup final. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The artist of Kazakh origin bet 100 million rubles (about 600 million tenge) on Spain's victory. He later added another 10 million to the bet. After Spain's 1-0 win in extra time, according to the musician, his winnings exceeded 180 million rubles (over 1 billion tenge).
On his social media, Ganvest posted screenshots of the bets, a video from the bar where he watched the match, and emotionally celebrated the victory. He stated that he "won more than 180 million" and called himself a dollar millionaire.
The rapper also joked that he could now buy singer Larisa Dolina's apartment, which was put up for sale for about 200 million rubles after a high-profile fraud scandal. He later added that he was also considering moving to Miami.
Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle reported that the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow had issued a verdict in the case of popular rapper Ganvest (real name Ruslan Gominov). The musician was found guilty of promoting drugs through his work on social media.
