Ticket sales service Freedom Ticketon has issued an official statement regarding the drone show in Astana, during which the company's logo and an announcement of Enrique Iglesias concerts appeared in the sky. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
Freedom Ticketon emphasized that they are the ticket operator for Enrique Iglesias concerts and a partner in their promotion, but they were not the organizers of the drone show.
The show was organized by Aspan Galaxy. In their official statement, the organizers noted that the drone show is part of a commercial advertising campaign for the concerts.
"The show was conducted after obtaining all necessary approvals in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan," Aspan Galaxy reported.
The organizers also noted that this drone show is not part of the official program of events dedicated to the celebration of Capital City Day.
Meanwhile, Ticketon stated that they hear user criticism and take it seriously. According to company representatives, they are currently discussing with partners how to maintain a balance in future projects so that brand-related activities evoke only positive emotions from viewers.
Recall that Enrique Iglesias' visit to Kazakhstan became known in February 2026. The singer will bring his stadium show to the country and perform in two major cities of Kazakhstan. Iglesias will perform on September 3 at the Astana Arena stadium and on September 5 at the Central Stadium in Almaty.
