Kazakh entrepreneur and husband of TV presenter Dinara Satzhan, Zhumabek Zhanykulov, commented on his ex-wife's video address on social media. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
Earlier, the businessman's ex-wife Zhanna Zhanykulova stated that the juvenile court in Almaty is considering a case to invalidate the marriage contract and the alimony agreement.
According to the businessman, all disagreements should be resolved within the legal framework, not in the public space.
"We live in a legal state and must resolve all our disputes through the court, not through social media," Zhanykulov wrote on his Facebook page.
The entrepreneur reported that his ex-wife is now challenging in court agreements and contracts that were signed more than three years ago.
"When signing them, she involved highly qualified renowned lawyers, and we reached a mutual understanding. Years later, her opinion changed, and now we are waiting for the court to assess this fact," he noted.
Zhanykulov also stated that after the divorce, he fulfills all financial and other obligations stipulated by the signed documents.
"I maintain excellent relations with my children, and of course, I support them in everything and will continue to do so with great love," the businessman emphasized.
According to him, the agreements with his ex-wife are confidential, so he never publicly disclosed their details. At the same time, the entrepreneur noted that he would calmly accept the possible disclosure of the terms of the agreements.
"I am not ashamed of the obligations I have taken on towards her and the children," Zhanykulov wrote.
According to Zhanna Zhanykulova, the reason for the divorce was her ex-husband's "constant infidelity and mistresses." She also stated that the issue of the marriage contract was not discussed during the marriage and arose only after the decision to divorce.
Zhanykulova claims that at one of the court hearings, the court did not satisfy her side's motions, including those regarding information about her ex-husband's income. According to her, the income of just one company, Karazhal Operating, over the past three years exceeded 20 billion tenge, while the businessman is associated with 18 companies.
In conclusion, she appealed to the public and representatives of the judicial system to take the case under control and ensure an objective review.
