Finland is sending its 34th military aid package to Ukraine, valued at 290 million euros, the country's Ministry of Defence said. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
"Finland will send the 34th military aid package to Ukraine... The value of the equipment included in the package is approximately 290 million euros," the ministry's website said.
As with all previous deliveries, the ministry did not disclose the composition, timing or method of delivery of the military aid.
According to the Finnish Ministry of Defence, the country has delivered defence products to Kyiv worth a total of 3.6 billion euros.
Russia believes that arms supplies to Ukraine hinder a settlement of the conflict and directly draw NATO countries into the conflict. The Kremlin has stated that Western arming of Ukraine negatively affects negotiations.
