At the Future Games 2026 in Astana, Argentine dancer Franco Vitali became the champion in phygital dance. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

In the final, Franco Vitali defeated his opponent from Spain. Participants replicated dance moves from the game Just Dance, while special algorithms evaluated their performance based on accuracy, style, and sense of rhythm.

According to Franco, he has been playing Just Dance since the age of 9 and has been competing since the age of 16. He also said he plans to participate in the next Future Games.

Kazakhstan is hosting the Future Games for the third time. The first competition was held in 2024 in Kazan, and the second in 2025 in the United Arab Emirates.
