The court hearing into the death of paramedic Uldana showed the moment of the collapse of a residential building facade. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to case materials, on November 8, 2025, at 10:26 a.m., the cladding facade of the building collapsed. According to the prosecutor, after parts of the facade fell, dust rose into the air.
The dust obscured the view of the external surveillance camera. A rectangular part of the facade fell onto a gray Chevrolet Cobalt car parked near the scene. The camera showed fallen parts of the building facade behind a metal fence, near two trees.
Then at 10:43 an ambulance arrived at the scene. At 10:49 an emergency services employee appeared and walked towards the scene.
It should be noted that the accused is Saule Zhubaniyazova, chairperson of the homeowners' association (OSI) of the residential building, who is charged with "dishonest performance of duties".
