At the Asian Para Games in Aichi-Nagoya, in the R1 discipline of 10m air rifle shooting, Yerkin Gabbasov scored 249.1 points and became champion.
In addition, he set a competition record and secured a quota for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games, the statement said.
Second place went to Park Jinho of Korea (248 points), and third place to Lee Jangho (226 points).
