About two thousand police officers will be on duty during Enrique Iglesias' concert in Almaty. Law enforcement agencies will switch to an enhanced mode of operation, the city akimat reports. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The concert will take place at the Central Stadium on Saturday, September 5. Police will be on duty both directly on the territory of the sports facility and on adjacent streets.

Entry time and entrances

Spectator access to the stadium will begin at 16:00. The main entrances will operate from Abai Avenue and Baitursynov Street.

For ticket holders of the VIP Standing category, a separate entrance is provided from Satpayev Street.

Spectators are asked to arrive early and take into account possible queues at the entrance.

Traffic restrictions

Temporary traffic restrictions are possible in the area of the Central Stadium. In this regard, organizers recommend planning your route in advance and, if possible, using public transport.

The metro and surface public transport will operate as usual.

Shuttles after the concert

After the concert, additional shuttles will be launched in several directions: to the airport, the Orbita microdistrict, to the Almaty-1 railway station, to Raiymbek Avenue - Alatau Street, and also to the Almaty Arena.

Before entering the stadium, all spectators will be subject to screening. Visitors are asked to familiarize themselves with the event rules in advance and not to bring prohibited items.
