In Kazakhstan, the prices of energy drinks have increased by about 20% over the year. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to experts, the price increase is due to rising raw material costs, higher logistics expenses, and strong demand. The prices of caffeine, taurine, and other ingredients in energy drinks have risen on the global market.
According to statistics, in July 2025, the average price of an energy drink was 450 tenge, and in July 2026 it reached 540 tenge. This increase is nearly 20%.
Analysts believe that prices may continue to rise as producers continue to pass on cost increases to consumers. Consumers are advised to reduce their consumption of energy drinks or look for cheaper alternatives.
