According to police, on August 11, police in Ekibastuz received a call that a drunk man was threatening a woman in a house yard. Police officers detained the man who committed hooliganism and brought him to the station.
It was established that the man had been previously convicted and had been brought to administrative responsibility several times. The offender was placed in a special room. After some time, he was found unconscious. Despite medical assistance, the man died.
Video recordings were seized.
