Kazakhstan plans to launch up to 150 services via eGov GPT by the end of the year. This was announced at a government meeting by Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiyev. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Social Wallet and e-Otinish
According to Zhaslan Madiyev, the "Social Wallet" will enable proactive provision of social assistance to 3 million users. In addition, more than 3.2 million applications have been processed with the help of artificial intelligence in e-Otinish. Currently, 51 services are available through eGov GPT.
150 services and plans for 2028–2029
According to the deputy prime minister, by the end of the year the 150 most in-demand services, accounting for 80% of total traffic, will be covered. In addition, by 2028 the share of services based on artificial intelligence is planned to reach 40%, and by 2029 the time to receive services is to be halved.
Digital offices
According to Zhaslan Madiyev, the transformation of public service centers into digital offices is underway. In the new digital offices, citizens will be able to receive services independently through terminals with the eGov GPT digital assistant installed. Currently, 5 digital offices have been opened in 4 regions. In another 10 regions, the financing issue has been resolved.
