Soon, eGov GPT will be available in the national messenger Aitu. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiyev. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Another simple and convenient way to obtain government services is eGov GPT. According to the minister, previously a citizen had to search for which government agency to contact, what application to fill out, and what documents to collect.
Now it is enough to briefly describe your life situation. For example, write: "I need to register at my place of residence" or "My child is starting first grade this year." eGov GPT will determine the necessary service, prepare an application on behalf of the citizen, and fully process the service, – Madiyev said at today's government meeting.
The intelligent digital assistant offers 50 high-demand services. By the end of the year, it is planned to increase this figure to 70%.
It should become a universal AI assistant for all matters between the state and citizens. In the near future, eGov GPT will also be available in the national messenger Aitu, – noted the Vice Prime Minister.
In this regard, the minister also mentioned the need to connect departmental AI agents for citizens and businesses with eGov GPT.
