Daniyar Imanaliev, Member of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) for Integration and Macroeconomics, held a meeting with Aung Kyaw Ho, Minister of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations of Myanmar. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
During the event, prospects for organizing business forums, business missions, and exhibitions were discussed to enhance mutual exchange of information on business conditions between EAEU countries and Myanmar.
"We observe a high mutual interest in exchanging experience in customs regulation, food security, industrial development, energy, transport, and infrastructure. There is also a desire for cooperation in innovative economy and the use of artificial intelligence," said the EEC representative.
Special attention was paid to holding the next meeting of the joint working group between the EEC and the government of Myanmar.
