The total population of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member states has exceeded 186 million people. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Russia tops the list with a population of 146.1 million. It is followed by Kazakhstan (20.5 million) and Belarus (9.06 million). Kyrgyzstan's population is 7.4 million, and Armenia's population is 3.1 million.
Notably, the largest population growth over the past 5 years was recorded in Kazakhstan – an increase of 1 million people. This indicator reflects demographic changes within the EAEU.
