Minister Bakyt Sultanov noted the relevance of the issues under consideration. These provisions envisage the formation of a single labor resources market in the economic space of the Union. We are talking not just about the labor market, but about a civilized labor market that complies with international law norms," the minister said.

Pension provision issues

The meeting reviewed law enforcement practice in implementing the agreement on pension provision for workers of the EAEU member states, including taking into account the advisory opinion of the EAEU Court dated April 9, 2026.

Medical care issues

The council also considered issues of medical care for workers and their family members in the state of employment. In particular, the results of the commission's monitoring of the legislation of the member states in this area were discussed.

Implementation of the declaration until 2030

In addition, the council discussed proposals put forward by the parties and the EEC on implementing the point of the action plan for the implementation of the declaration on further development of economic processes within the EAEU until 2030, concerning the development of cooperation of the member states in the field of increasing accessibility of medical care for workers and their family members in the country of employment.
