The State Revenue Committee has updated the E-Salyq Business mobile app in line with the new Tax Code. Now individual entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals can perform key tax procedures remotely without visiting tax offices. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

For the self-employed, the mechanism has become extremely simple. They do not need to register as an individual entrepreneur or submit tax reports. It is enough to generate receipts in the app for each income received.

At the end of the month, E-Salyq Business automatically creates an income register and calculates social payments. These can be paid via a banking app at a single rate of 4%. This includes mandatory pension contributions (1%), mandatory social health insurance contributions (1%), social contributions (1%), and employer's mandatory pension contributions (1%).

Individual entrepreneurs can register an IP, choose a special tax regime, generate receipts, keep income records, and submit tax declaration form 910.00 through the app.

All these procedures are available in electronic format and do not require a visit to government agencies.

The State Revenue Committee noted that the app update aims to simplify tax obligations, reduce paper document flow, and expand access to government services in digital format.

Earlier, Kursiv reported that more than 2,000 businesses in Kazakhstan could be covered by a new amnesty.
