According to KASE, on July 21 the weighted average rate was 469.22 tenge per dollar. During trading, the minimum rate reached 466.50 tenge per dollar, while the maximum was 468.98 tenge. The closing rate settled at 467.06 tenge.
The trading volume of the US currency amounted to $229.38 million, with a total of 688 transactions concluded.
According to the Kurs.kz service, as of 17:16, the maximum dollar selling rate in exchange offices in Astana reached 473 tenge, and in Almaty – 470 tenge.
The official exchange rate of the National Bank for July 22 is 469.59 tenge per dollar. In accordance with the current calculation procedure, the official rate for July 23 will be set at 467.65 tenge per dollar.
