The injury occurred during the match against Middlesbrough. The match ended 1-1, with Satpaev playing 81 minutes in the starting lineup. The Kazakhstani footballer made two dangerous shots, showed 94% passing accuracy, and was named the best player of the match. Later, the player felt discomfort in his thigh muscle and was substituted.
Burnley manager Nicky Hayen stated that Satpaev must undergo a medical examination. This is not the first muscle injury for the Kazakhstani forward. In February, he was treated for a minor thigh injury and a groin strain.
