Dastan Ryspekov has been dismissed from the post of governor of the Ulytau region. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to Akorda, by decree of the head of state, Dastan Adaiuly Ryspekov was relieved of his position as governor of the Ulytau region.
What is known about Dastan Ryspekov
Ryspekov Dastan was born in 1984 in the Karaganda region. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Almaty Law Academy of KazGZU.
He began his career in 2006 in Almaty as a chief specialist of the revenue forecasting department of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning.
In 2007-2016, he held leadership positions in the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Almaty, the Audit Commission for Almaty, and the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.
In 2016-2018, he was Director of the Accounting and Reporting Department – Chief Accountant of NC "Astana EXPO-2017".
In 2018-2019, he was Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Trade and Tourism of Pavlodar region.
From April 2019, he served as Director of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of JSC "NC "Astana EXPO-2017".
From 2020 to August 2023, he worked as Chairman of the Tourism Industry Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
From August 2023 to October 2024, he served as Deputy Governor of the Ulytau region.
