Olympic champion Daniyar Eleusinov's social media post has sparked heated discussion in society. He admitted to having an addiction to alcohol. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
In his post, Daniyar Eleusinov said: "I don't know how I encountered this disease. I used to laugh too, I didn't understand. You shouldn't laugh at what happened to someone else. Because Almighty Allah may one day bring upon you what you once laughed at or criticized."
Recall that on July 9 of this year, information spread about Daniyar Eleusinov's detention in Astana. The famous boxer was involved in a traffic accident while drunk and fled the scene. That same day, Eleusinov was placed under administrative arrest for 20 days.
Daniyar Eleusinov has had 13 fights in professional boxing and defeated all his opponents.
