Denmark plans to send a new aid package to Ukraine worth 276 million dollars. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

On Tuesday, Rasmussen stated that Denmark's Ministry of Foreign Affairs will summon the Russian ambassador. This may be related to an incident involving a Danish helicopter and a Russian vessel in international waters near the Gedser coast in the Baltic Sea. However, the Danish Foreign Ministry's statement did not provide concrete evidence of this.
"Lars Løkke and Jeppe Bruus also said that the foreign policy committee approved a new aid package for Ukraine worth 1.8 billion kroner, that is, 276 million dollars," the broadcasting company's report said.
According to the ministers, the new aid package was adopted in response to the incident between the Danish helicopter and the Russian vessel.
In addition, Rasmussen said he does not attach much importance to Moscow considering such actions by Copenhagen a provocation.
According to Bruus, his new Ukrainian counterpart had previously asked Denmark to allocate funds for the purchase of weapons produced on Ukrainian territory, in particular ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles.
