At the hearing held on July 6, 2026, in the Fourth District Court in Provo, Utah, prosecutors stated they would present additional video footage related to the case. The case stems from an incident on September 11, 2025, at the Turning Point USA headquarters in Phoenix.

Charlie Kirk's parents, Robert and Kathryn Kirk, attended the hearing. Also seen leaving the courthouse was Charlie Kirk's widow, Erika Kirk. Tyler Robinson had previously appeared at a hearing on December 11, 2025.

The next court session is expected to include additional evidence, including video recordings, presented by the prosecution.
