The president of Car City, a company that leases premises in the eponymous auto parts shopping center, earned nearly 30 million tenge in 2025. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The Car City real estate equity investment fund reported that the total remuneration to the company's board members for 2025 amounted to 29.6 million tenge. The fund's board consists of one person – President Arman Abdukarimov. A year earlier, in 2024, he received 28.4 million tenge.

This implies that the average monthly salary and other payments to the Car City president were 2.46 million tenge. The company owns retail premises in Almaty. Its main activity is leasing retail spaces (boutiques) in the eponymous auto parts shopping center "Car City". The company's assets are under trust management of UD Capital.

For 2025, the company's profit decreased by 26.3% to 968 million tenge. According to Car City's report, it owns a building with an area of 31,400 square meters (apparently the Car City shopping center) worth 6.3 billion tenge, as well as a land plot of 1.6 hectares worth 1 billion tenge.

It is worth noting that Car City is the largest auto parts shopping center in Almaty and, according to information on the company's website, also the largest auto mall in Kazakhstan.

51% of Car City shares belong to the investment holding company in the commercial real estate segment Mercury Properties. Other owners: Alina Kassymova – 16%, Raushan Sagdiyeva – 15%, Nurakhmet Nuriyev – 10%, and other shareholders with smaller stakes.

Earlier it was reported that the Car City real estate investment fund, which owns the eponymous well-known shopping center in Almaty, will pay its owners 350 million tenge in dividends for 2024.
