Organizers of the Ye (Kanye West) concert in Almaty have announced the list of equipment with which spectators will not be allowed into the venue. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
Restrictions at the artist's request
First Media Group reported that the restrictions were introduced at the request of the artist. The ban applies not only to professional but also to amateur photo and video equipment.
List of prohibited devices
In particular, the following items will not be allowed into the concert:
- 01Canon G7X cameras
- 02DJI Osmo Pocket stabilizers
- 03Drones
- 04Professional cameras and video cameras
- 05Any additional equipment for shooting
Influencers and lovers of aesthetic shots will have to switch to shooting with a phone on that evening, as Canon G7X and DJI Osmo Pocket devices are on the banned list. However, there is no need to worry about charging — power banks are not mentioned in the rules.
Ban on food and drinks
It is also better to leave your own drinks and food at home. At last year's Jennifer Lopez concert, taking them into the stands was strictly prohibited, and an official food court worked for spectators.
Information about tickets and show
Earlier, the company announced that there would be no discounts or promotions on tickets before the concert itself. As FMG reported, more than 100 tons of technical equipment are already being delivered to Almaty, and the show will be as grand as at other performances of the world tour Ye.
Date and venue of the concert
Recall that West's first large-scale concert in Almaty will take place on August 14 at the Central Stadium. Tickets can be purchased both in the Freedom SuperApp and on the Ticketon.kz website. On the first day of pre-sale, fans bought half of the seats in the stadium.
