The number of views of online broadcasts of the international tournament 'Games of the Future 2026' held in Astana has increased by 100 million in one day. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Yesterday, the total number of views of the competition broadcasts was 85 million, while today this figure has reached 185 million.

Yesterday, the phygital basketball competition ended, with the Russian team winning. Today, phygital shooter competitions in Counter-Strike 2 began.

In the first match, the Kazakhstan team won.

Currently, the teams of Russia and Spain are competing against each other. The physical stage of the competition takes place in the laser tag format.

Players shoot each other with safe lasers, and the results of accurate hits are recorded by sensors on special equipment. Additionally, individual competitions in PUBG will be held.

The tournament program also includes phygital martial arts, phygital football, Dota 2, and Just Dance. The 'Games of the Future' in Astana is the third international competition in this format.

Previously, the tournament was held in the United Arab Emirates, and in 2024 in Kazan.
