Today, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will speak at the opening ceremony of the international multisport tournament "Games of the Future – 2026". This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to Akorda, the opening ceremony will be attended by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
The tournament will be held in Astana from July 29 to August 9. The competition will feature 800 athletes from 34 countries.
