The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus issued an official statement regarding the incident involving a bus carrying Belarusian citizens in the Bryansk region of Russia. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

"We resolutely condemn the attack on a civilian bus carrying Belarusian citizens, including children, in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation. We consider this another terrorist act against the civilian population. Therefore, we demand a comprehensive explanation from the Ukrainian side," the statement said.

The ministry stressed the need for strict adherence to procedures for organizing trips of groups of citizens, especially children, abroad for health and recreation. "We also declare a complete ban on citizens traveling to conflict zones, combat zones, and adjacent areas," the statement added.

A drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a bus carrying children on their way to a vacation in the Bryansk region. A woman accompanying the children was killed, several children were injured and are receiving medical care. Criminal cases have been opened in Russia and Belarus regarding the terrorist attack.
