Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov praised fire trucks produced at a domestic plant. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
At today's government meeting, the issue of developing the engineering industry was considered. During the meeting, the management of the QazTehna plant made a presentation. Currently, fire trucks are produced at this enterprise.
The Prime Minister especially noted the effectiveness of these vehicles. "Today we have high air temperatures and high fire danger. In this regard, modern fire trucks produced at the QazTehna plant are helping well. Just yesterday, they actively participated in extinguishing a fire in the Semey forest. We are actively using equipment manufactured in Kazakhstan. This is a joyful situation," said Bektenov.
It is worth noting that after the President's visit to Shanghai, a number of Chinese vehicles will also be produced in Kazakhstan.
