Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov inspected the progress of preparations for the 'Games of the Future 2026' tournament to be held in Astana. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
'Games of the Future 2026' is a new-generation phygital tournament combining traditional sports and digital competitions. It will start on July 29.
The competition will bring together about a thousand athletes from 35 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Heads of foreign states, leadership of international sports organizations, and major leading companies of the digital industry have confirmed their participation in the opening ceremony.
