At today's government meeting, Bektenov instructed to submit a specific proposal regarding the tax rate for ultra-wealthy citizens.

"The Ministries of National Economy and Finance should, within one month, study international experience and introduce approaches to taxing ultra-wealthy citizens," Bektenov said.

In addition, measures must be taken to increase tax collection at the local level.

To reduce the level of the shadow economy, the work on full digitalization of tax and customs administration, including using artificial intelligence tools, must be completed.
