Members of the board of directors and supervisory board of BCC Invest, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit, received compensation of 480.8 million tenge for the first half of 2026. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
In its semi-annual report, the investment company BCC Invest disclosed that total compensation for board and supervisory board members for six months amounted to 480.8 million tenge. In comparison, compensation for the full year 2025 was 567.1 million tenge, only slightly exceeding the half-year figure.
The amounts include cash and non-cash compensation to the company's management. On average, top managers received 80.1 million tenge per month, distributed among seven individuals.
The management board of BCC Invest consists of three people: Chairman Daniyar Shayakhmetov and his deputies Alibek Urazakov and Alexander Naumov. The supervisory board includes five members, one of whom is Chairman Shayakhmetov. Other members include majority shareholder of Bank CenterCredit and Chairman of the BCC Invest Board Bakhtybek Baiseitov, Azamat Baimukhanbetov, Askar Yserkegenov, and Yergali Begimbetov.
BCC Invest's profit for the first half of 2026 increased by 58% year-on-year to 6.7 billion tenge.
BCC Invest is a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit and manages an investment portfolio. It also engages in brokerage activities on the KASE and AIX exchanges. The ultimate owner of the company is Bakhtybek Baiseitov, who holds 51.7% of Bank CenterCredit shares. He ranks 16th on the Forbes list with a fortune of $580 million.
Earlier, it was reported that total compensation for members of the Bank CenterCredit management board in 2025 amounted to 972 million tenge. Thus, on average, each of the four board members received about 243 million tenge per year.
