Bayan Alaguzova gifts apartment to actress Meruert Utekeshova in Almaty

Producer Bayan Alaguzova fulfilled her promise and gifted a fully furnished apartment in Almaty to People's Artist of Kazakhstan Meruert Utekeshova. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Alaguzova filmed the key handover and the actress's reaction, posting it on Instagram. Before meeting the actress, Alaguzova said she had promised this gift about two and a half months ago. She showed the apartment, which is completely ready for occupancy, noting that she personally designed the interior.

According to the producer, the home is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed. The apartment features a spacious living room, a kitchen with appliances, an insulated balcony, a bedroom, a guest room, and a dressing room. A painting by artist Botagoz Akonayeva was specially commissioned for the interior, which took two months to complete.

"The design is entirely mine. Nothing irritating, everything calm, a crystal chandelier as you like. I wanted to make it cozy for you," Alaguzova said while showing the apartment.

She also admitted that while decorating the home, she imagined her own mother and tried to create a warm, homely atmosphere with bright accents that lift the mood.

The surprises did not end there. Along with the apartment keys, Alaguzova gifted the actress a two-person trip to Turkey — a ten-day all-inclusive stay at a five-star hotel.

"You deserve this. You are a People's Artist! You should have only the best," the producer said.

A tearful Meruert Utekeshova admitted she had never been to Turkey before.

"I want to cry... No words," the actress said.

"No words needed, your smile is enough," Alaguzova replied.

Earlier, in an interview with journalist Maya Bekbayeva, Utekeshova revealed she still lived in rented housing. After that, producer Bayan Alaguzova decided to gift her an apartment in Almaty. Additionally, the producer presented the star of the film "Kyz Zhibek" with a fur coat and custom-designed diamond earrings, and promised to pay the actress a lifelong monthly pension of one million tenge.
