Damage and debris are visible outside a home in Weston.
Many roads are closed, and some communities are completely cut off. Rescue crews are evacuating people from flooded homes. The governor urged residents to stay cautious and avoid unnecessary travel. Weather forecasts predict continued rain in the coming days, raising the risk of further deterioration.
