A water pipeline has been launched in three villages of the Karatobe district in the West Kazakhstan region, funded by returned assets. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The project was implemented as part of the Head of State's instruction, using assets returned to the state. The new water pipeline will provide drinking water to more than 1,500 residents of the villages of Tolen, Saule and Karakamys, as well as 9 social facilities.
2.1 billion tenge was allocated from the special state fund for the project. In total, 17.7 billion tenge has been allocated in the West Kazakhstan region for social projects funded by returned assets.
To date, 24 facilities with a total value of 7 billion tenge have been commissioned.
