A representative of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly and a member of the Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Energy of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Kuspekov, observed voting at the "Russian House" in Astana.
"I familiarized myself with the organization of the electoral process, the voting conditions and the work of the election commission. The observation was carried out within the powers of an international observer and in accordance with established procedures. No violations were detected," he said.
According to another observer, a representative of the Russian Public Chamber, Anatoly Sysoev, the organization of the elections in Astana was at a high level.
