The Balkhash Tour Fest – 2026 festival made history with another gastronomic achievement officially registered by a representative of the Kazakhstan Book of Records. Chefs from Balkhash prepared a giant kazyburger weighing 86.4 kg. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The giant kazyburger was 39 centimeters high and 89 centimeters in diameter. It was made using several ingredients: a mixture of meats – chicken, beef, and kazy (horse meat sausage), as well as tomatoes, herbs, and a special sauce.
