In the city of Baikonur, six people were found to have illegally received targeted social assistance. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the prosecutor's office of Kyzylorda region, they concealed their income and received 2.6 million tenge from the state budget.
As a result of the prosecutor's supervision, violations were eliminated, and 553,233 tenge were recovered from two citizens in favor of the state.
For the remaining individuals, the issue of recovering overpaid funds is being considered in court.
It is worth recalling that this year 62 billion tenge are planned to be spent on targeted social assistance.
