Former Minister of Digital Development and Chairman of the Board of Kazakhtelecom JSC Bagdat Mussin spoke at the congress of the Adilet party and explained what brought him to the new party. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

According to him, several people from the initiative group that first created the Adilet movement and then wished to register as a party approached him.

"The ideas they are laying at the foundation seemed sound to me. It is digital solutions that can serve to promote justice. We eliminated everyday corruption precisely through the widespread introduction of digitalization," Mussin said.

He also noted that this direction is set by the country's president — the introduction of technological and innovative solutions to advance the nation and fight injustice.

Mussin recalled that over his 25-year career, he has been a member of AMANAT, an entrepreneur, and a programmer.

Earlier, Kursiv reported that Adilet delegates unanimously voted for the accession of the AMANAT party. The decision was supported by 613 people, with no votes against or abstentions.

Prior to that, the XXVI congress of the AMANAT party was held in Astana. Following the congress, Amanat members issued a statement on the accession of the AMANAT party to the Adilet party.
