A court in the Zhambyl region has fined a woman for disturbing public order in a hospital. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The district court named after T. Ryskulov considered an administrative case on the fact of petty hooliganism. According to the court's statement, in August 2026 at approximately 15:30, in the central district hospital of the village of Kulan, citizen S. used rude and obscene words towards the victim, violating public order and the peace of patients and visitors of the hospital.
The offender partially admitted her guilt, explaining that during the conflict she spoke rudely but did not use obscene words. Taking into account the presence of minor children, financial situation, and the absence of aggravating circumstances, the court reduced the fine by 30%.
By the court's ruling, she was found guilty and fined 60,000 tenge. The ruling has entered into legal force.
