In the Karaganda region, the criminal case against the owner of a car that hit a woman in a yard has been dismissed. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The incident occurred on July 28, 2026, in the city of Balkhash, Karaganda region. An unidentified car hit a woman who was in the yard. As a result of the accident, the woman was taken to the hospital. Police officers identified the suspect car and its owner. However, during the investigation, the guilt of the car owner was not proven. According to the forensic medical examination, the harm caused to the woman's health was recognized as not serious. In this regard, the criminal case was dismissed. Currently, the case materials have been sent to court.
