Akim of Atyrau region Bolat Aksholakov inspected the construction of two polyclinics in the city. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The polyclinics are being built in the microdistricts of Orken and Nursaya. Each of them will be able to receive 250 people per shift.
The construction of the polyclinic in Orken is 70 percent complete, and in Nursaya — 90 percent. According to the contractor, during construction and installation works, the groundwater level turned out to be close. In this regard, the construction deadlines for both facilities were changed. To continue the work, design solutions were revised and a technology for draining construction sites was applied.
The regional akim ordered to complete the construction of both polyclinics by the end of October this year. "By this time, construction and installation works must be fully completed. In order to start receiving patients immediately after commissioning, it is necessary to obtain appropriate licenses and issue permits from now on," said Aksholakov.
It is noted that the polyclinics will include consultative and diagnostic blocks, laboratories, a day hospital, prevention and rehabilitation departments, computed tomography and radiation diagnostics rooms.
The polyclinic in Orken will also serve residents of the Balausa microdistrict and the village of Erkinkala, while the medical facility in Nursaya will treat about 30 thousand residents of the Nursaya-3, Samal microdistricts, part of the Zheruyik district and adjacent territories.
