During a social media monitoring, police in Atyrau noticed a video filmed while a car was moving. The incident occurred on June 16 at approximately 11:30 on Sultan Beibarys Avenue. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
A 37-year-old passenger leaned out of the car window to pour an unknown drink into a cup for a fellow traveler. The men were trying to shoot an eye-catching video for social media to attract audience attention. However, they did not consider that such a violation could result in a fine.
The regional police department stated: "Any actions on the roadway or while the car is moving must be safe and not pose a threat to life and health. Creating content for social media does not exempt from following traffic rules."
