In the Atyrau region, 500 hectares of agricultural land have been returned to state ownership due to non-use. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

During an inspection conducted by the regional land inspectorate, it was found that several land plots had not been used for three years. According to legal requirements, in such cases land plots are subject to return to the state.

As a result of the inspection, 500 hectares of agricultural land were returned to state ownership. This measure was taken to ensure efficient use of land resources.

It should be noted that in Kazakhstan, work is regularly carried out to identify violations of land legislation and prevent misuse of land.
