In Atyrau, a 21-year-old man entered a women's restroom in one of the shopping centers. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The incident occurred on October 24. A video of the incident spread on social media. The footage shows a woman questioning the young man. It also shows the man standing inside the women's restroom.
According to the regional police department, the 21-year-old man violated public order and disturbed citizens' peace. "While in a public place, the man showed disrespect for those around him and committed unlawful acts," police said.
An administrative case was opened against him for petty hooliganism. Before the case was considered in court, he was placed in a special room for administratively detained persons. The case materials were sent to court. By court decision, he was held administratively liable and fined.
